EMRSS Karinthalam, Kasaragod (Kerala)
EMRSS Karinthalam, Kasaragod (Kerala) started in the year 2022-23 to impart quality education to ST children in the remote areas of Kerala state in order to avail of opportunities in high and professional education courses and get employment in various sectors. The school focus not only on academic education but on the all round development of the students. The school has a capacity of 480 students, catering to students from class VI to XII. Our school will be on par with Navodaya Vidyalaya and will have special facilities for preserving local art and culture besides providing training in sports and skill development.

Imparting quality education to ST children in order to enable them to avail high and professional education courses and to get employment in various sectors. Ensuring them opportunities at par with Non- ST populations there by providing impetus to over all development of tribal population.

The scheduled Tribe children in class V of various schools can participate in the sports selection trials which will be held in various districts of Kerala in the month of February/March every year. Notification regarding this will be disclosed through medias, Tribal Development Office etc. Under the invigilation and guidance of sports technical committee, the selection process will be held in a smooth and transparent manner.
The short listed childrens will be informed to participate in the assessment camp, which will last for approximately one week. The basic and arithmetic skill also will be assessed there.
